As you may be aware, the federal government has approved medicare rebatable telehealth consultations. As a result, the majority of our consulations will be conducted by telephone or video. These appointments will be "bulk-billed" to all patients during this time.
We are able to provide "face-to-face" consultations for urgent matters that cannot be dealt with by telephone or video consultation. However, these will be conducted only after contact has been made to the practice by phone where you will be triaged/assessed and given an appointment and directions regarding this appointment. Please note, these appointments will incur a charge due to the cost of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Whilst we always aim to provide high quality healthcare in a timely manner, at times you may experience delays due to the difficulties associated with telephone and video consultations. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
